Del Mar Powerhouse Community Center 1658 Coast Blvd., Del mar, CA 858-793-6138 From I-5 go west on Del Mar Heights Road, north (right) on Camino Del Mar, west (left) on 15th Street, north (right) on Coast Blvd. The Powerhouse has a smokestack and is located on the west side of the street sitting across from the old train station. Parking Information Pay parking is available in the Seagrove lot across the street from the Powerhouse. Parking is also available under the l'Auberge Hotel. There is also metered parking on Coast Blvd. Please note, meters are enforced in Del Mar, even on Sunday.
